General terms for quotes, bookings, and support work
These simple terms set expectations for how services are quoted and delivered. They are intended as a practical overview, not legal heavy weather.
Quotes and estimates
Any quote or estimate is based on the information available at the time. If the job changes once we inspect the issue more closely, we will explain that before continuing.
Bookings and access
For on-site work, the customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the equipment, workspace, and any relevant passwords or account information needed to diagnose or resolve the issue.
Data and backups
We take care when working on devices and files, but customers remain responsible for maintaining backups. Where possible, we recommend backup steps before major repair or recovery work begins.
Service outcomes
Some faults can be reduced or improved without being fully eliminated, especially where devices are old, damaged, or affected by third-party systems. We will be upfront about what is realistic.

These terms may be updated from time to time as the business or website changes. The latest published version on this site is the one that applies.
