Retention of title

Ownership of any goods, parts, or hardware remains with North Coast Mobile IT until payment has been made in full. We reserve the right to recover unpaid goods where it is safe and legal to do so.

Payment and service

Payment terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quote validity: Quotes are valid for 14 days and subject to hardware availability.
Consumer rights: Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
